CEO/Director
Mr. Syed Mukhtar Hussain Jaffery being the main Sponsor was appointed as Director/ CEO of the company in 2006 at the time of incorporation of the company and ever since, he is continuing in that position. With his sound professional background and vast knowledge and experience in financial field, he guided the company and provided leadership for having effective policies and procedures in place to run the company efficiently.
Syed Mughees Mehdi
Director/Compliance Officer
Mr. Syed Mughees Mehdi was appointed as Director of the company in 2006 ever since the incorporation of the company. He is subsequently engaged as compliance officer in the company from 2012 and has been working in that position until to date. Being a member of Board, he has gained lot of experience of operations, clearing & settlement and corporate affairs of the company.
Syed Muneeb Mehdi
Director/Company Secretary
Mr. Syed Muhib Mehdi was appointed as Director of the company in 2006 ever since the incorporation of the company.Being on the Board of Directors with the company; he has sufficient experience of stock market and the operations of a brokerage company. He is continuing as a Director of the company. Mr. Mehdi’s professional career is in the Banking sector with Allied Bank Limited and have worked in different domains within the bank.
Syed Muhib Mehdi

Mr. Syed Muneeb Mehdi was appointed as Director of the company in 2006 ever since the incorporation of the company. He has been sufficient experience of stock market and the operation of a brokerage company. Being the member of the Board he has also been recently appointed as the company secretary and is continuing in that position. He is also working with Samra Enterprises – Construction Firm – as a Financial Controller.
