Ahsan Zia is a seasoned financial operations and management professional with over 30 years of experience in Pakistan’s financial sector. He was appointed as Director of the company in March 2025, and promoted to CEO in March 2026. He holds an MBA and has expertise in strategic planning, business development, banking operations, and risk management. He has held leadership roles at Unex Securities, AKD Securities, First Capital Equities, and Elixir Securities, excelling in operations management, compliance, and business growth. He holds a Bachelor’s in Commerce and certifications in Oracle Financial Applications and capital markets. His leadership and analytical skills drive operational efficiency and business success.

Asim Ghafoor Qureshi was appointed as Director of the company in August 2024. He is also working as Compliance Officer of the company. Asim has wide experience of equity sales with different esteemed Brokerage Institutions like First Capital Equities, Elixir Securities , KASB Securities, BIPL Securities & AKD Securities Limited .

Mr. Syed Muneed Mehdi was appointed as Director of the company in 2006 ever since the incorporation of the company.Being on the Board of Directors with the company; he has sufficient experience of stock market and the operations of a brokerage company. He is continuing as a Director of the company. Mr. Mehdi’s professional career is in the Banking sector with Allied Bank Limited and have worked in different domains within the bank.

Mr. Muzzamal Aftab, earned his ICMAP certification and membership in April 2013, marking his commitment to excellence in management accounting and finance.A seasoned professional, Mr. Muzzamal, brings over a decade of expertise in financial markets, brokerage, and regulatory compliance to the helm of our company. Before joining Unex Securities (Pvt) Ltd, Mr. Muzzamal honed his skills with FMC Consulting Group and First Capital Equities Limited (FCEL), where he played a pivotal role in providing strategic financial consulting.

Rabia Ahsan was appointed as a Director of Unex Securities (Pvt) Limited in May 2026. She is an accomplished education professional with over 22 years of experience in leadership, curriculum development, and organisational management. She holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of the Punjab, and has earned Cambridge certifications in Primary & Lower Secondary English and IGCSE English as a Second Language. Her extensive experience in governance, strategic planning, and team leadership enables her to contribute effectively to the Company's growth while promoting transparency, regulatory compliance, and long-term value creation for clients and stakeholders.
