List of Required Documents/Information for Individual Account (Normal)

• ✓ IBAN Proof: Bank statement or picture of a cheque leaf.
• ✓ Proof of Address: CNIC (back), bank statement, or any utility bill.
• ✓ Source of Income (For Salaried): Bank statement along with a stamped salary slip.
• ✓ Source of Income (For Business): Tax return along with a company letter head (employment certificate from employer).
• ✓ Digital Signature: Sign on a blank paper and send a clear picture.
• ✓ Mobile number: registered in your name.
• ✓ Email address.
• ✓ Mother's name.
• ✓ Place of birth.
• ✓ Marital status.
• ✓ UKN Number: If you already have an account with any brokerage house opened after 2019.
• ✓ Zakat Declaration: In case of Zakat Not Payable, or for non-Muslim applicants an affidavit will be required.
• ✓ Proof of Gross Annual Income: In case income is other than salary or in addition to salary, tax return would be suitable.
• ✓ Power of Attorney: If someone other than the account holder is the contact person, it should be attested by a notary public.

• ✓ Copy of Valid CNIC: Front & back.
